Book directly via internet and, if you book at least three months before the departure date,
you'll save on the ecocruise and the airfair!!

DATES AND PRICES

Delphinia Sea Conservation is a non-profit organisation. The participating fee allows to sustain the costs of the management of the boat and the organization.

Thanks to you, Delphinia conducts a program of information, sensitisation and scientific research on marine environment in Caribbean Islands.

To participate to Delphinia activities it's necessary to become a member.

From our prices are excluded: flight, transportation to and from the airport and 100 US$ to give to the crew at embarkation.

Early booking: price discount only by booking at least 3 months prior to departure.

PRICE INCLUDES...

The participation cost includes the use of the boat and its equipments, the expenses for food, beverages, alcoholic drinks, immigration and port fees, fuels, laundry, membership to Delphinia Sea Conservation. Two people form crew: it attends to navigation, ecocruise organization, cooking and cleaning of the common spaces.

From our prices are excluded: flight, transportation to and from the airport and 75 Euro to give to the crew at embarkation. Personal expenses (restaurants, bar, excursions) are also excluded.

CANCELLATION

In case of cancelling on your behalf you will be retained as follows:

up to 60 days before departure	membership fee + bank expenses
from 60 to 0 days before departure	50% of the total price + membership fee

In case of cancellation on our side for extraordinary reasons, we will propose you to reschedule or give you back the total amount excluded the membership fee. In no case we hold responsible for damages derived or caused (flight airplane, train ticket,…).
